What is the Process for Getting my Equipment?
The individual must have a Face to Face visit with the doctor and they will write an order for the equipment and a therapy evaluation. Once the therapy evaluation is completed, we will get a quote for the equipment, enter everything into our system, have the doctor sign off on the necessary insurance paperwork, and send it to the insurance for approval. Equipment can then be ordered after approval from your insurance. It will then be scheduled for delivery when it arrives to us.
