The individual must have a face-to-face visit with their doctor to determine needs and recieve an order for equipment and a therapy evaluation.

After the therapy evalutation is complete, we will recieve a quote for the equipment, add the information to our system, and recieve a sign-off on necessary insurance paperwork from your doctor.

We will recieve approval from insurance and order your necessary equipment.

After your equipment arrived with us, we will schedule delivery to get your equipment to you in a timely matter.
